From November 27th to 30th, 2018, Professor Liu Yuenan, Professor Zhang Meifang, Associate Professor Xia Tian and Associate Professor Ma Linqing went to Korea to carry out academic exchange activities. They conducted in-depth exchanges with staffs from the National Archives of Korea, the Korea Digital Content Center(KDCC), and Chungnam National University, focusing on the promotion of electronic record management in Korean government and Non-governmental organizations, and the research and education of the Library and Information Science and Archives Science in Chungnam National University.

On the morning of the 28th, Professor Liu Yuenan and others visited the headquarters of the National Archives of Korea and exchanged ideas with the staff who were  responsible for the construction of the EDMS and the information infrastructure of central government.

On the afternoon of the 28th, Professor Liu Yuenan and others visited Chungnam National University, and learned about the basic situation of the Library and Information Science and Archives Science through exchanges with teachers of Chungnam National University.

On the afternoon of the 29th, Professor Liu Yuenan, Professor Zhang Meifang, Associate Professor Xia Tian, and Associate Professor Ma Linqing visited the KDCC. KDCC introduced the work related to the promotion of electronic records management applications of Non-governmental organizations and the efforts to promote the diversified development of Korean electronic records management related industries. Professors Liu Yuenan and other professors also introduced the policy promotion and industry development on the electronic records management in China in recent years.
