Apr 21, 2012, XiaoBin lu, vice director of SIRM, announced that “2011 Report About The Development Of Chinese Enterprises’ service after sale” was officially published at the meeting room of Diaoyutai State Guest House.
Prof. Xiaobin Lu introduced the background and the significance of the research. Then, he explaned the four parts of the report. This meeting was pained lots of attention by hundreds of enterprises and well-known Media. The meeting awarded the honor certificate to Prof. Jun Chu of SIRM, who was the drafter of two national standard.
In recent years, SIRM and Chinese Commercial Federation kept a close cooperative relationship. They researched about service after sale, degree of service satisfaction, evaluation of brand and enterprise culture. Later, the “Report About The Development Of Chinese Enterprises’ service after sale” will written by the two mechanisms,which will be published by years. In addition,the two mechanisms will carry out the activity——“Brand Evaluation”. SIRM will assume the task of data analysis and write the report.
