March 29 to April 1st, 2007, with the invitation of Anhui Archives Bureau, research group of Anhui Electronic records center project of SIRM went to Anhui to join "the Anhui Electronic records center construction and standard amend seminar" The group was led by Zhang Bin, associate dean of SIRM and was made up with three teachers QianYi, Zhang Ning and Xia Tian, and a student Du Yanan.

Li Xuexiang, General Director of Anhui Archives Bureau pointed out that the construction of Anhui Electronic records center was a new, complex and general project. To make sure the construction of Anhui Electronic records center go smoothly and to insure the effectiveness, integrality and authenticity of electronic records, we should understand clearly the construction policy of "one goal, two frameworks", and make out standard first. Hope the construction of Anhui Electronic records center could become the frontier research worldwide.

Zhang Bin, associate dean of SIRM conveyed the hopes of Professor Feng Huiling, vice president of RUC, dean of SIRM. Professor Feng hoped Anhui Archives Bureau construct Anhui Electronic records center as a national work and become the model project in the country. Mr. Zhang said SIRM would have further cooperation with Anhui Archives Bureau in the management base research, electronic records management theory and practice communication home and abroad, in the drawing of electronic records standards, the orientation, appraisal, and spread of the electronic records project.
