Aug 13-19, 2007, with the invitation of Electronic Record Center of Anhui province, as members of experts, teachers Yi QIAN, Tian XIA and Ning ZHANG of SIRM attended "Experts Group Conference of National Archives Standard-Electronic Record Management Rules organized by Electronic Record Center of Anhui province. They fully discussed on National Archives Standard Part one of Electronic Record Management Rules: Electronic Record Data Scheme, Part two of Electronic Record Management Rules: Electronic Record Long Term Preservation Format and Part three of Electronic Record Management Rules: Electronic Record Object Encapsulation Format Based on XML prepared by electronic record center of Anhui province.
