The review result of the Outstanding Achievement Award of Beijing’s 14th Philosophy and Social Science was recently announced. The paper “Dynamic Resource Triangle and the Evolution of the Center of Gravity Curve”, which is co-published by Professor Huiling FENG and Professor Minghui QIAN from iSchool @ RUC, won the second class prize, for proposing the innovative social resources structure under the background of the “dynamic resource triangle” theory. The article was published on the “China Soft Science” magazine in December 2014, and it is one representative of the theoretical research achivements of the project “China’s information resources industry development policy and management research” (project number: 71133006) which is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation.
The English version of the article has also been published and got a lot of reputation from international counterparts. Professor Richard L.
