Doctor Xu Yongjun, teacher of SIRM and Du Yana, student of SIRM were invited to join International research project of "Human Capital Legacy in Organizing Committee for Olympic Games".
The international research project of "Human Capital Legacy in Organizing Committee for Olympic Games" is chaired by professor Ian Henry, director of the Centre for Olympic Studies & Research, Loughborough University, UK. The management department of Olympic Games, scholars form Humanistic Olympic Center of RUC, China research center of UCC, school of advanced public management of Swiss, Université de Poitiers also joined the project. Doctor Yongjun XU joined the project as the leader and student Yanan DU as the core member of China Team.
The project will survey and assess the human resource management of the Olympic Games held before.
