Associate Professor Minghui Qian ‘s project on Brand Dynamic Prediction was approved by the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Project in 2018
On June 27, 2018, the Department of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education announced the results of the general project evaluation of Humanities and Social Sciences Research of the Ministry of Education in 2018.
Minghui Qian, an associate professor of our school, applied for the project of “Empirical Research on Dynamic Prediction Model of User Online Brand Selection”, which was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2018. This project aims to develop a dynamic prediction model of online brand selection by using machine learning algorithm, and identify users’brand preferences through their online brand selection behavior, so as to provide personalized online recommendation services for users. In terms of theoretical value, the project will help enrich the research methods of consumer brand decision-making behavior and expand the research perspective of precision marketing theory; In terms of practice, it will help e-commerce platforms and other online retailers to enhance operational efficiency, create a more fair competitive environment for high-value-added niche brands, and improve the shopping experience of online users.
