Professor An attended ICNDS2009

The 2009 International Conference on Networking and Digital Society was held in Guiyang from May 30th to 31st. Professor An Xiaomi attended the meeting and presented her paper “The Electronic Records Management in E-government Strategy: Case Studies and the Implications”.
