From March 27th to April 2nd, associate professor Qian Yi, invited by the National Archives of Australia, subvented by ICA-PCOM, went to Canberra to attend the second working conference of ICA-REQ, discussed on the standards compilation of the implementation guidance and training material.
The meeting was chaired by Adran Cunningham from National Archives of Australia. He first reported the publish situation of ICA-REQ standards as ISO16175-1~3 and arranged the writing outline, key point, task allocation of the guidance and training material. Then the participants discussed on the reader subdivision, self testing scale, implementation difficulties, follow-up plan, and attained abundant achievements.
In the morning of April 1st, associate professor Qian was invited to give a speech on the recent advances of electronic records in China on the Digital Future International Seminar hosted by the National Archives of Australia.
