On March 12th, led by Anteng Zhengren, founder of department of Archives Science of Gakushuin University of Japan, 14 visitors from department of Archives Science in Gakushuin University visited our school. This interaction activity is the first activity of the “Flame Cup” forum held by SIRM.
The welcome party started at half past nine in the morning at meeting room 209 of school building. Dean of the school Zhao Guojun, deputy secretary of school Wang Dan, associate professor Zhang Meifang attended the party. Dean Zhao Guojun extended the warm welcome to the visitors and introduced the general education circumstance of the school. After the welcome party, the visitors look around the lab of Archives Conservation Techniques, lab of Data Recovery and so on.
In the afternoon, Professor Lu Xiaobin chaired the students exchange seminar in room 209 of school building. The seminar attracted many undergraduates and postgraduates. Associate professor An Qingfu, Liu Yuenan, and Huangxiaoyu attended the meeting. During the seminar, Japanese students Bankou Guihong, Qiaoben Yang, and student representatives Zhang Quanhai and Jiang Zhiwei gave speeches about their researches. Students discussed the relevant problems fervently.
After the one-day visit, teachers and students from the two universities took a group photo. Professor Anteng warmly welcomed our faculties to visit their university and hoped that teachers and students from the two universities can communicate and cooperate more.
