EGTA seminar was held in RUC from Sep 14 to 16 2007. The Conference used 45 theses and invited famous experts on electronic government to give two lectures. Jihua REN from the Information Office of International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee gave lecture on "Practice and Experience of Electronic Government Construction of International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee". He expounded electronic government construction of China based on plenary data and charts and showed management model and electronic document software developed by him. Delegates and students were very interested in his lecture.
The third WISA conference and the second SWON seminar were held simultaneously with EGTA seminar. Web information system has become more and more important on public calculate, business calculate and informationalize. The two conferences invited academician Deyi LI from Chinese Academy of Engineering, researcher Hai ZHUGE, Mr. Jinwei LIU from IBM, Dr. Wenbo Mao from EMC to give lectures. Their lectures showed theory and model of computer, network intelligence, network information space model, Web information management, and information security and trusted calculate. The attendants all discussed actively on the conferences.
