From November 7th to 8th, all the faculties of SIRM went to Qingdao to take part in the first widely organized research and practice activity of the school. This measure is to help the professors to get a deeper understanding of the ministry and promote the development of the theory. By this activity, we can get the theory and practice well integrated and promoted one another.
On November 7th, led by the party secretary of school Ji Hongbo, assistant dean Zhang Bin, Lu Xiaobin and the vice party secretary of school Wang Dan, the research mission visited the Qingdao Archives. The leaders of Archives warmly welcomed and received the mission.
On November 8th, all the teachers went to the well-known enterprise in Qingdao—Haier Group. The ex-vice party secretary of Haier, Wang Anxi introduced the development course in 20 years of the group putting the emphasis on the corporate culture. The teachers also discussed the unique system, the personnel training, management principle and core competitiveness of the group with Wang.
The visiting was short but rich in content. The problems in the real life we found out in the visiting set us thinking. We will try more to combine the theory and the practice together and keep the theory fresh.
