Cui Peng Got the Financial Support from the National Natural Science Foundation

Recently, the program “Structure Feature and Algorithm Analysis of Constraint Satisfaction Problem”, applied by the associate professor of IRM, Cui Peng, together with the professors from Peking University and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, got the financial support according to the result of review of the National Natural Science Foundation committee, in 2009.
The constraint satisfaction problem is to satisfy certain given constraints by attributing values to a set of variables. It is not only the key issue of the study of artificial intelligence, but also being extensively used in many subjects, such as computer science, system engineering, operational research, economics.
