The 13th International Conference on Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management & Organizational Learning(ICICKM 2016) was held in Ithaca, United States on October 14-15, 2016. This conference was hosted by Business School of Ithaca College and more than 70 experts and scholars from more than 25 countries attended it. SIRM prof. Xiaomi AN, associate prof. Chaolemen Borjigin and post-doctor Hui CHEN were invited to attend this conference and make wonderful speeches of “Knowledge Fragmentation and Its Connectivity Assurance” (by Chaolemen Borjigin and Xiaomi AN)and “Motivation and Awareness for Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Chinese Software Organisations” (by Xiaomi AN, Hui CHEN and Miguel Nunes). Prof. Xiaomi AN has been the reviewer and committee member of this conference for more than 7 years.
