From November 1st to 4th, 2007, with the invitation of School of recording, South Korean, Associate Professor Yi QIAN of SIRM attended the South Korean electronic record management forum, and made presentation on “Situation and Development of Electronic Record Management in China”. Associate Professor QIAN introduced the general development situation, the construction of standard system, the cases as well as the future development strategy of electronic record management in China to the attendants and communicated with scholars from South Korea and Canada, then visited archives exhibition held by the South Korean. The visiting was supported by the South Korea. Meijing YIN, Korean oversea student of SIRM accompanied Associate Professor QIAN to visit Korea as an interpreter.
