Associate Prof. Menghui YANG published a new book titled “Open Government Data: Concept, Practice and Evaluation”

　Open Government Data (OGD) is a philosophy- and increasingly a set of policies – that promotes transparency, accountability and value creation by making government data available to all. Associate Professor Menghui YANG of SIRM, Renmin University of China, began to collect information on opening government data during the study period in the United Kingdom in 2002 and completed the writing of " Open Government Data: Concept, Practice and Evaluation " at the end of 2015. The book was published on January 1, 2017 by Tsinghua University. This book is supported by the "to support first-class university and first-class discipline construction" program of Renmin University of China.
